Eggs & Feathers (2)

I have been rather naughty today.  I was feeling a bit fed up yesterday so phoned Mariette to see if her second workshop at the Trumpet Tea Rooms today was full and guess what?  She had had a cancellation so I was able to go.  Oh what fun I had ....

This was meant to be a curlew's egg, a guinea fowl feather and a pheasant feather.  Struggled a bit with the shape of the curlew's egg but pleased with the end result.  Lots of nice people there too, one of them was an occasional attendee from the bookbinding class that I go to.

  1. yet again, lovely ! One of these days I will be down when she has a class and then will see if she can do anything with a totally inept beginner !
